To place an order, we need your:

Credit Card or Purchase Order number
Billing address
Shipping address
Telephone number
Fax number (optional)

We charge sales tax on all orders shipped to customers in California unless we have a copy of a current State Resale Certificate.

Please provide catalog product codes, quantities and dispensing sizes for the item(s) you are ordering. We normally ship on ice packs, via air freight. Orders to addresses outside the U.S. are shipped collect, so we need a valid account number for an international air freight carrier, such as Federal Express or DHL Worldwide Express.

Shipping for North American Destinations

We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (for next-day delivery) because many of our products are perishable. Because packages may be delayed in transit, we prefer not to ship on Thursdays.

Orders outside North America:

International orders may be placed with ProZyme's distributors or may be placed directly if there is no distributor in your area.

To place an order to an international destination, we need your:

Credit Card
Billing address
Shipping address
Telephone number
Fax number (for confirmation)
Valid account number for an international freight carrier providing service from the San Francisco Bay Area, such as Federal Express or DHL Worldwide Express; freight fees and customs duties or taxes will be charged to this account. Your international freight carrier must provide parcel pick-up service in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Any import licenses required to accompany the order (must be provided by you).

Shipping for Orders outside North America

We normally ship on Fridays (with extra ice packs) for delivery during the following week.

Credit Card Orders

We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover cards for fax, telephone or mail orders. We are not using a secure Web server, so we cannot guarantee the security of credit card orders placed via email.

For credit card orders, please supply the following information:

Type of card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover)
Cardholder's name (as it appears on card)
Credit card billing address (if different from shipping address)
Credit card number
Expiration date

We will confirm orders by phone, fax or email before shipping.
